Shipping and Returns


To offer the lowest possible prices, many of our products are shipped direct from the manufacturer. Please allow 7 days for delivery for most items. During peak seasons some items might take longer. Also, some larger items require a longer delivery time. If faster delivery is desired please contact our customer service department. We can arrange expedited delivery via Air Freight for an additional charge.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Most items are shipped via FedEx ground freight when possible.  Due to the bulky nature of many of our items they must be shipped via common carrier trucking. Please note that on these large items you will need to have someone available to unload the material when it arrives via common carrier trucking. The carrier is not responsible for unloading. Shipping and handling charges are calculated at the time of order entry and added as a separate item for shipments within the 48 contiguous states. To see actual freight charges for your order proceed to "Checkout". On shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and other areas outside the contiguous 48 states additional charges will apply and we will contact you with the additional charges. On International Shipments please contact us for a freight quotation.


Title to all goods pass to the buyer upon receipt of shipment by the buyer or buyer's agent. As such, we strongly advise that the buyer carefully inspect all boxes, crates, etc. and notate any damage on the bill of lading before signing for your shipment. If there is a discrepancy between the number of units (boxes, pallets, etc.) indicated on the bill of lading and what is actually received, write the number of missing boxes on your copy and the driver's copy of the receipt, and have the driver sign both copies.

It is the buyer's responsibility to file a freight claim with the carrier if the carrier fails to deliver the goods complete and in good condition. Buyers that refuse a shipment without first contacting IGC customer service may be subject to additional charges for reshipping the order. We understand that the freight claim process can be confusing so we are more than happy to furnish advice in filing claims upon the buyer's request.


Sales tax will be added on all orders shipped to Michigan.

Retrun Policy

Only defective products can be returned. You must contact the HeatersOnline within 14 days after the delivery  of the product . If the product is detemind to be defective by HetaersOnline Service department, then a RMA is issued and instruction will be given to return the products. In many cases parts maybe sent our by the service department to replace a defective component in order to remedy the situation. There will be a 25% re-stocking charge for special cases determind by the Heatersonline for a return of an unopen product.


Our products are custom made to customer specifications and are not stock items. Orders can be canceled up to 3 days prior to shipping. There will be a 50% order cancellation charge for all orders canceled  3 days prior to shipping. Orders can not be cancelled after this time and if so they are subject to 100% cancellation charge including shipping charges.
